In the heart of La Rosière 1850, Chalet Matsuzaka offers thoughtful hospitality in an intimate, welcoming atmosphere. With just two guest rooms, Faye and Mike provide a personal welcome and a special experience, particularly well suited to couples and small families.
We welcome our guests into a peaceful, personal setting, with particular attention to comfort and the quality of our hospitality. Touches of Japanese inspiration give the chalet its distinctive, soothing character.
After a day on the slopes, guests can relax in the Japanese spa and enjoy evening meals at the chalet on selected evenings.
Chalet Matsuzaka offers just two guest rooms, creating a peaceful, intimate atmosphere with a personal touch.
The first room sleeps 2 guests and is ideal for a couple.
The second room sleeps 2 to 4 guests, making it particularly well suited to a small family. Cots are also available.
Both rooms are spacious and comfortable, with warm décor combining Alpine character and touches of Japanese inspiration. They are designed as restful retreats after a day in the mountains.

At Chalet Matsuzaka, dining is an integral part of the guest room experience.
Breakfast is served every morning, helping you start the day well before heading out into the mountains.
On selected evenings, Faye and Mike also offer a shared evening meal, at an additional charge, in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. The food is generous, home-style and carefully prepared, sometimes with Japanese influences that reflect the chalet’s character.
Our aim is to help guests enjoy their stay to the full, without having to go out again every evening after a day on the slopes.

Access to the spa is by reservation, with private time slots, so that each group can enjoy the space in complete peace.
